Wai-Tai Aotearoa Ltd is the name of the business wai-tai.co.nz. 

Wai-Tai is a Māori owned business based in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Items will be shipped from Blitz Surf Shop, 34 Wainui Road, Gisborne, 4010.  Any instore pick ups will be from Blitz Surf Shop.

Wai-Tai is a New Zealand based business and all purchases will be made in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and all prices listed on this site include GST.

Shipping throughout Aotearoa will be charged at a flat rate of $8.50 for orders up to $150.  Orders over $150 will receive free shipping throughout NZ.

All purchases will be charged in NZD and this is reflected in the pricing which is also in NZD.  All goods purchased online will be shipped within 2 working days on receipt of payment via courier (either Courier Post, Posthaste or NZ Couriers via Go Sweet Spot).

10 DAY INTERNET RETURN POLICY 

We understand that internet shopping is a bit different to traditional retail and that you may not have had a chance to check out the product in real life or try it on.  So we are giving you the chance to return your product, in perfect unused saleable condition within 10 days of receiving it.  This will give you peace of mind when purchasing online from Wai-Tai that if the product does not suit you then you can return it to us.  This applies to full priced products only and does not apply to sale products.  So if you are not satisfied with your item once received, you may contact us first and then return it for a full refund of the original purchase price provided the goods are in re-sellable condition, unused, with your original receipt and with all original tags still attached. The condition of the product will be at our discretion and will need to be checked by us, then the refund will be made to you once we are satisfied that we can still sell this new item. 

We reserve the right to refuse any item that we consider is unable to be resold.  If there is any sign that the item has been used then a refund will not be given.  Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.  If you prefer instead of a full refund we can give you a store credit, another size, or send you another product to the same value.

Return freight is at your expense.Warranty and faulty items are still covered under the Goods & Services Act New Zealand 1994 and our other terms and conditions do not diminish our responsiblilities under the act.  All other consumer related acts will be adhered to be Wai-Tai Aotearoa Limited.

Refunds:  Please choose products carefully.  If you deem an item is unsuitable for a particular reason please contact us first upon receipt of the goods with an explanation of the problem. We need to authorise your return. Please use a tracked postage service when returning goods to us, if the item does not reach us, it is not our responsibility. All refunds will be to the payment method you used to purchase the items, this is to prevent fraud and is not negotiable. Returns address is :  Blitz Surf Shop, 34 Wainui Road, Gisborne, 4010.

All items on wai-tai.co.nz should be available for purchase.  On very rare occasions an item may not be available for purchase due to an error in which case we will offer either an alternate option or a full refund at your choice.  We will contact you first to advise of probable delivery time and you can decide whether to accept this new delivery or whether you would prefer a refund.
